All Groupon customers must Book online.
Book Groupon appointment only to not be charged. I do not do refunds but will offer store credit to you if you book under the wrong directions.
Late Policy
There is no grace period please arrive on time or 10 mins early to your appointment. After 10 minutes late, Your appointment will be canceled and A 50% fee is charged and no services will be rendered. Please come on time!
Cancellation Policy
Canceling your appointment requires 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours forfeits the deposit and a 50% fee is charged. You can cancel or reschedule online before 24 hour cut off.
Same day cancel will be charged 100% for service.
No refund, No product refund!
you can reschedule 1 time with the same deposit if you reschedule 24 hours in advance. So be mindful of the amount of cancellations and rescheduling you do. There is no Refund!!
A card is Required to be saved on file for all services do to 24 hour cancellation policy. Which pays for the time slot you reserved if appointment are missed or not rescheduled in the 24 hour time frame.
